Marina Gavrilina, Member of the Law Society of Ontario, License No. P09080
Marina Gavrilina is the owner and principal paralegal at Apriori Legal Services Professional Corporation, which was registered with the Ministry of Government Services of Ontario on December 10, 2013, under registration number 1908310. The Law Society of Ontario issued the Certificate of Approval on January 03, 2014, under #C04874.
Marina brings a wealth of business experience to her legal practice, giving her a unique perspective on the application of law. As a successful entrepreneur who founded and managed several businesses, she transitioned into the legal field and quickly earned a reputation for developing creative, unorthodox solutions to cases that often seem impossible to resolve.
Her passion for advocacy began in 2000, when she won her first precedent-setting case before the Landlord and Tenant Board. The matter involved excessive noise caused by a contractor during balcony renovations in the apartment building where she lived at the time.
After gaining valuable experience working for the United Food and Commercial Workers Union (UFCW) and later at American Express Company, Marina graduated with honours from the Paralegal Diploma Program at Seneca College in 2013. That same year, she obtained her paralegal license and established her legal practice.
Marina is licensed to provide legal services and represent clients in matters before the Small Claims Court, Provincial Offences Court, Landlord and Tenant Board, Immigration and Refugee Board, Ontario Human Rights Tribunal, and various other administrative tribunals.
In addition, Marina is certified in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR), which enables her to assist clients effectively in pre-trial negotiations and court proceedings.
